Return Policy
These rules on the exercise of the right of withdrawal (the "Rules") shall apply between:
The Seller - Infinitas SIA, No. 40103330966, legal address: 27 Lielirbes Street, Riga, Latvia, and
the Buyer - consumer (natural person who has purchased the Goods for a purpose not related to his economic or professional activity), in respect of the Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) purchased on the homepage www.thermtecoptics.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website) operated by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
The Buyer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the Goods without providing any justification, in accordance with the terms set out below:
1. Cancellation Form:
1.1 The Buyer shall notify the Seller of its decision to withdraw from the Goods by submitting to the Seller a completed withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period:
- in paper form to the address: Str.Jaunmoku 26, Riga, Latvia; or
- electronically to the e-mail address: info@thermtecoptics.eu
1.2 The time limit shall be complied with if the Buyer sends the withdrawal form or the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Seller before the expiry of the time limit for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Buyer shall be obliged to prove that the withdrawal form was sent within the time limit.
2. Time limit for returning the goods:
2.1 The Buyer shall return the Goods to the Seller or hand them over to the Seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days after sending the Seller a withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
3. Methods of return:
- By parcel post, parcel post address;
- By post to the address: Str.Jaunmoku 26, Riga, Latvia;
- Bringing them to the GPSPRO store, Str.Jaunmoku 26, Riga, Latvia.
4. The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods.
5. Requirements for Goods being returned:
5.1. Goods to be returned must be in the same condition as when they were received.
5.2 The Goods and their packaging must be undamaged, without loss of appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, except for packaging films without which it is impossible to open and start (switch on) the Goods, etc.) and unused.
5.3. The Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, together with the document of purchase, instructions for use and other accessories. A set of Goods consisting of several Goods must be returned in its entirety, i.e. all Goods included in the set.
6.The Buyer shall be liable for any depreciation in the value of the Goods if the Goods are used for any purpose other than ascertaining the nature, characteristics and performance of the Goods. If the Goods show signs of deterioration, the Seller shall calculate the damage to the Goods and deduct the amount of such damage from the amount to be returned to the Buyer and inform the Buyer accordingly.
7. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:
- if the Buyer has opened an audio or video recording or the packaging of computer software.
8. Refund:
8.1 The Seller shall, without undue delay but in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the Contract, refund to the Buyer the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods and the delivery charges paid by the Buyer. The Seller shall reimburse the said amount by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Buyer from which payment for the Goods was made.
8.2 If the Buyer has used a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer the delivery costs in the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Seller.
8.3 The Seller shall be entitled to withhold reimbursement of any monies paid by the Buyer until the Seller has received the Goods or the Buyer has provided the Seller with proof that the Goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

10. Validity and amendment of the Rules:
10.1 The right of withdrawal shall only apply if the Buyer is a consumer - a natural person who purchases the Goods for private consumption (not for business purposes)
10.2 The Terms apply to all Goods purchased on the Website.
10.3 The Seller may unilaterally amend the Terms without prior notice to the Buyer. The new version of the Terms shall be effective from the moment the Seller has published it on the Website.
10.4 The Buyer is obliged to familiarize itself with the current version of the Terms before purchasing the Goods. Use of the Website and purchase of the Goods therein shall constitute acceptance of the current version of the Terms.
10.5 The laws and regulations of the Seller's country of registration shall apply to matters not covered by the Terms.
